Το όνομά της είναι Jodie Harrison – Bauer και έρχεται από το Κονέκτικατ. Και μαλλον φαίνεται πως ο χρόνος δεν την αγγίζει καθόλου, αφού κοιτάζοντας τις φωτογραφίες της, δεν μπορείς να διανοηθείς ότι είναι 58 ετών.

Έχει δυο (ενήλικες) κόρες και ελπίζει να γίνει το γηραιότερο μοντέλο που θα μπει στο εξώφυλλο του περιοδικού sports Illustrated. Γυμνάζεται καθημερινά αλλά δεν το παρακάνει. Ο στόχος της είναι οι 10 ώρες την εβδομάδα. Το επάγγελμά της είναι άμεσα συνδεδεμένο άλλωστε με την γυμναστική, αφού διατηρεί αλυσίδα με ανάλογα είδη.

Η Jodie αποδεικνύει ότι η ηλικία δεν παίζει κανέναν ρόλο. Μια βόλτα στον λογαριασμό της στο Instagram μπορεί να σε πείσει εύκολα. Στα 58 της είναι τόσο σeξι που θα την ζήλευαν πολλοί.

So it’s winter.....ok, got it! Make a date with yourself and throw on that swimsuit and see how you FEEL. Yeah, go in your closet and look for it under your winter clothes. You know it’s there. If you don’t feel beautiful, buoyant,strong, powerful, confident and saxy( sexy & sassy🔥) then what’s the plan? This is me every day because I choose to eat healthy and nutritious foods every 3-4 hours in portions that fit my goals and activity level. I workout alternating days. I cross train. I lift weights, I do the dreaded cardio. I do yoga, barre and Spin. Is this easy? No! Do I want to do it all the time? No!
